Ludisphere is a small newsroom, and we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated. This page sets out what we collect through the forms on this site, why we keep it, and how you get it back or removed. It covers ludisphere.live and nothing else — we don't run apps or shopfronts elsewhere.
What we collect
Only what you type. When you request an Insider pass or write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the pass you chose and any message you add. If you take the free Friday note, we hold your email address and nothing more. Our host also keeps ordinary server logs — IP address, browser, timestamps — for security and to work out when something breaks.
Why we hold it
We use your details to send your payment link, open your login, reply to your question and run the membership you asked for. The newsletter address is used to send the newsletter. We do not sell your data, rent it, or feed it into advertising you didn't ask for. There is no third-party ad network on this site by design — an ad-free read is part of what Insider pays for.
How long we keep it
Order and enquiry records stay only as long as we need them to serve you and meet our tax and administrative duties, then they're deleted or anonymised. Unsubscribe from the newsletter and your address drops off the list at the next send.
Your choices
Ask us to show you, correct, export or erase your personal data at any time and we'll do it — write to [email protected]. If you're in the EU or EEA you can also complain to your national data-protection authority, though we'd rather you gave us the chance to fix it first.
Who else sees it
Only the suppliers who help us operate — our email provider, our host and our payment processor — and only under agreements that bind them to protect it. We hand data to anyone else purely when the law forces us to, which in practice has never happened.
